My little brother recently had his computer stolen, so after a bit of asking around, I found someone who was kind enough to give me their old PowerBook G3. The problem was that this kind person had lost the power supply. So I looked online and found that Smart_Parts_USA was selling one for a good price, so I bought it. A few days later, it arrived, and a few days after that I got this email:
Dear Amazon customer,
You have recently made a purchase from Smart_Parts_USA at Amazon.com. We care greatly about our customers’ satisfaction. Please provide us with feedback regarding our services and products. We would greatly appreciate it!
In case you have a problem with our merchandise, please write to us first. We are happy to help. Negative Feedback would be considered as cancellation of warranty of the merchandise.
Negative feedback voids a warranty? What does a warranty on a product have to do with how the customer feels abouttheir experience with a seller? Pretty shady if you ask me.
